Happy Easter

My kids get really excited for holidays, birthdays, etc and everyday almost they ask me what day it is and how many more days they have left.  Easter was no exception.  Bennett counted down on his fingers how much longer it was until Sunday.  Brandon and I try hard every year to make it less about the basket and eggs and more about our Savior.  I hope it sinks in and they learn to understand the importance of Easter Sunday:)

  Easter egg hunts are the best especially when there aren't a million kids to compete with.  Kambri had a soccer game and seeing as I am the coach I couldn't really miss it. So Bennett and Brynn got to go with their Daddy and have a hunt at Nana and Papa Bob's church.  Way too much candy was found!

More fun at Nana Debbie's. Riley helped Brynn find some eggs. Love this picture, so cute.  The kids love finding the eggs, especially the ones with money in them.  My kids are lucky to have so many cousins they get to see a lot!

Eggs, eggs, and more eggs

 Dying Easter eggs is so much fun especially when you have three cute kiddos to watch make a mess.  Brynn was super cute. She loved dying them and putting them in and out of the colors.  Love this little girl!

 Kambri was into making her eggs fancier this year. She wanted to double up the colors and had fun mixing them.  She is getting so big and independent. It is fun, but at the same time sad that she isn't my baby anymore. She is too smart for her own good and asks questions that are way too old for her.  I need to do my homework with this one:)

 This little dude had a good time too.  He just wanted to dunk them in and do another one just as fast.  He wasn't too concerned about what they looked like.  I am surprised I got this good of picture of him.  He normally won't look at the camera and actually smile!  Cute little guy:)

 Love my family and love the traditions I get to do with them every holiday!

Love to Ski

 Skiing was such a big part of my life growing up and I love that I can go skiing with my cute little family.  We were able to go up more than we have in the last few years. Especially me since I am always pregnant or nursing!  And Kambri, lucky little girl, went up 7 seven times.  Her uncle Dennin and Nana Pam love to take her skiing.  I feel so blessed every time I think of the beautiful place we live and how close we are to everything.

These phone pictures aren't the best.  Bennett went up a few times too and had fun. He was having a hard time learning how to snow plow so he would go speeding down the hill and his Dad would have to go after him.

 I am so proud of Kambri and how well she is doing with skiing.  She isn't afraid of anything and is a pretty good little skier. I would love to put her on a ski team if it ended up working out.  She really enjoys it and has fun going with all of her family. Knowing that I can ski again with my family makes winter somewhat bearable for me.

Playing in the snow!

Wow this is a really old post! Yes I am so behind but I have a goal of two post on Sundays.  It can be my journaling time:) When it snowed back in February we had all the fam come up and go sledding. I feel very blessed that we have such a fun yard for everyone to come hang out in.  I get excited thinking about my kids growing up here and all of the memories they will have of our house and yard.

I  love this picture!  Dash and Brynnie are starting to become good friends.  They always like to give each other loves and hugs:)

We love this tube that Brandon's parents gave us for Christmas a few years ago. It even has our name stitched on it.  It has gotten a lot of use and I love how big it is. The kids can always double up going down the hill.  

I love pictures like this!  Seriously I should probably frame this picture.  It is so cute and shows her little baby face. Sniff, Sniff, she isn't really a baby anymore.  Kambri is so good with Brynn and is constantly wanting to help her and do things for her. She really doesn't mind and likes being with her.

My cute sledders getting ready for the action.  After a few runs the sledding got a little more adventurous.  The guys built a mound at the end to stop them so they didn't go flying off the hill. But it turned into a big jump accidentally.  Bennett loved it and kept going off it super fast.  Kambri on the other hand got some big air and fell pretty hard.  Those little saucers can get some serious speed.

Thanks to my good friend Lisa we made an awesome snowwoman this year.  It's been awhile since I made a snowman and I don't remember it taking so much work.  It probably didn't help that the snow wasn't very good for packing so it took some extra effort.  But she was pretty cute and I love it when I can just spend time with my kids playing and doing nothing else!

Professional Bowlers!

A few months ago we went to Fat Cats with our friends the Wangsgard's and Zitto's.  It is so much fun to go out with friends and let our kids all be wild together.  Kambri and Bennett loved it!  We haven't been bowling in a long time and they thought it was pretty cool.

Bennett was showing some pretty cool moves. Especially this last one!  Oh little boys (unless it's just mine) always have their hands in or on their pants.  Hopefully he outgrows it soon, or wait some boys never do!

Kambri liked to chuck that ball down as hard as she could and watch it hit the pins with her hair flying! Love it:)

    

And how cute are these pictures!  Kambri and Bennett can be the best of friends! And Kambri and Daddy checking out her ball as it goes down.  I love how she is standing all business like.  Very sassy and very cute with her Daddy.

I don't get too many pictures with my kids one on one.   Cute little Bennett with his Mama. And he is actually looking and smiling at the camera.  Unlike Brynn who never actually looks at the camera.  This was right after she got her hair cut and it is in a little bob.  And when she finally started getting teeth.  She now has seven with a few more on the way!  Love to tickle her and see that little toothy grin and her little dimple:)

And the professional himself Mr Brandon!  The boys all placed a little bet on the bowling game.  Good thing I didn't because I don't even think I broke a 100. Brandon on the other hand killed everyone and got a score of 219!  Holy cow he was on fire and got strike after strike. Maybe we should sign him up for a league. Can you see Brandon bowling in a league, that would be awesome!  Love my handsome hubby and his cute dimples.
